INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING QUICK TEST Melamine for Livestock samples

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING QUICK TEST Melamine for Livestock samples
Manufacturer: Roc Biotech Inc

Principles

The melamine rapid detection card applies the principle of competitive inhibition immunochromatography, the melamine in the sample binds to the gold-labeled melamine-specific monoclonal antibody during the flow process, inhibiting the melamine-BSA binding between the antibody NC membrane detection lines and bodies. The combination of conjugates causes the color of the detection line to change.

This product is used to detect melamine drug residues in food, wholeThe detection process only takes 10 to 15 minutes, is easy to operate and has high sensitivity.

1. PrincipleThe melamine rapid detection card applies the principle of edge inhibition immunochromatographyCompetition, melamine in the sample binds to melamine-specific monoclonal antibodieslabeled with gold during flow, inhibiting melamine-BSA binding between the resistanceNC membrane detection lines and bodies. The combination of conjugates gives the color of the line change detection.

2. Packaging specificationsBox of 50 test strips

3. Supplied included in each box

4. Applicable sample backgroundRaw materials for animal feed

5. Detection limit500μg/kg(ppb)

6. Equipment and supplies need to be preparedTools: electronic scale, micropipette, vortex shaker.Consumables: Centrifuge tube 10ml/15ml/50ml,

7. Sample preparation

Weigh 1g ± 0.05g of ground food sample into a 10ml/15ml/50ml centrifuge tube, add 5mlsample extract solution, shake vigorously for more than 2 minutes,

let stand for 5 to 10 minutes and aspiratesupernatant for detection.

8. Implementation steps

1. Please read the instructions carefully before use, so that the test strip and sample to be tested returnroom temperature.

2. Take the required number of tests and label the samples. Please use it as soon as possiblegood within 1 hour.

3. Place the test strip on a flat surface, use a disposable plastic dropper to add3 to

4 drops of sample (or use a micropipette to pipet 100µl) of sample into the sample loading cell.

4. Let the reaction stand for 3 ~ 5 minutes. Read results within 1 minute.

9. Interpret the results  1. Negative: A red line appears on the C line and a red line on the T line, the sample does not containmelamine or levels below the detection limit;

2. Positive: C line appears red and T line does not appear redshows that the melamine content in the sample is higher than or equal to the detection limit;

3. Invalid: Line C does not appear in red. That means the test card hasexpired or not operating properly and a review should be performedother experience.

Some points to note:

1. The test card can only be used once at room temperature, do not use the cardThe test has expired.

2. Disposable plastic droppers cannot be reused to avoid infectioncross.

3. During use, try not to touch the white film surface in the middle of the cardDetect and avoid direct sunlight and direct fans.

4. Tap water, distilled water or deionized water cannot be used as negative control.

5. If the result is positive, this card should be used for retesting.

6. Due to differences between samples, some test lines may be lighter in color or greymore, but as long as the red band appears it can be considered negative.

7. If you encounter any problems during testing, please contact usour company.  Safety performance and waste disposal  The test card of this product and its packaging are non-toxic and harmless and should beTreat as dry waste after use.

Preserve

1. Store in a closed, dry and dark place at a temperature of 4 to 30°C, do not freeze.
