General use instruction:

Foam Cleaning of processing area and equipment:

1. For better results, pre rinse surface first with water toremove dust and other debris.

2. Prepare 1-5% solution of FOAMKLIN . Fill foamer withwater ¾ full to allow sufficient amount of air. Addapproximately 1 – 2 liters of FOAMKLIN.

3. Add compressed air in the foaming equipment. Checkpressure gauge if it reaches 20-30 psi before applyingsolution

4. Open release valve and start foaming making sure thatthe entire surface is covered with foam.

5. Allow contact time of 5 – 10 minutes.6. Rinse thoroughly with water. (Do not allow foam to dry).
