  Avian Influenza Virus (AIV) RT-qPCR test kit enables the safe detection of Avian Influenza Virus RNA in oropharyngeal/tracheal swab， trachea， lung， spleen， large intestine from poultry (chicken/turkey) within 100 minutes. The kit consists of fluorescence PCR mix ， enzyme mix ， positive control and negative control for RT-qPCR amplification of AIV. Fluorescence PCR mix contains primers, probes and PCR buffer for detection of Avian Influenza Virus.
