Results judgement

 

1) Positive: control line and test line are both seen wine red;
2) Negative: only control line is seen wine red;
3) Invalidation: control line isn’t seen wine red.
Notice
1) Use the test card as soon as possible once open the aluminum foil, or the test card will be
invalidated, store at normal temperature and the shelf life is 18 months.
2) If use whole blood as sample, the sample moving speed may be slow, add 1 drop PBS solution 1
minute later after adding sample to help sample moving.

Store at 2~30 ℃ in sealed dry environment.

Test procedure
1) Please read the manual carefully before testing, and the test card and sample should be tested at room temperature(15~25°C).
2) Sample processing: Collect fresh blood for immediate detection. If it cannot be detected immediately, it should be stored at 2~8 °C with anticoagulant (EDTA) and completed within 3 days.
3) Take out the test card, and place it horizontally on the operating platform. Pipette the sample with a dropper and drop 1 drop into the well. After 30 seconds, drop 2~3 drops of the sample dilution into the sample well.
4) Observed within 10~15 minutes, the result of more than 15 minutes is invalida
